Guidelines for use
GENERAL INFORMATION:
PLEASE TREAT THIS SPACE WITH THE LOVE & RESPECT THAT IT DESERVES.
WHAT YOU HAVE CARRIED IN, YOU MUST ALSO CARRY OUT.
AFTER YOUR EVENT, PLEASE CLEAN THE KITCHEN & DINING AREAS PER THE GUIDELINES LISTED BELOW.
PLEASE COLLECT & COSOLIDATE ALL TRASH THAT YOUR EVENT GENERATES (CHECK DIAPER PAIL ALSO). SET IN DESIGNATED AREA.
BEFORE LEAVING, CHECK BOTH BATHROOMS TO MAKE SURE THAT WATER IS NOT RUNNING AND THE LIGHTS ARE TURNED OFF.
TURN OFF ALL OTHER LIGHTS & CLOSE ALL DOORS. CHURCH STAFF WILL LOCK UP AFTER.
CLEANING THE KITCHEN:
DISHES YOU USED: WASHED, DRIED, & PUT BACK IN THEIR PLACE.
ALL COUNTERTOPS, INCLUDING BUTCHER BLOCK AND STOVE-TOP, WIPED-DOWN.
REMOVE ALL FOOD RESIDUES FROM BOTH SINKS AND RINSE SINKS CLEAN.
MAKE SURE OVEN & STOVE BURNERS ARE TURNED OFF. IF STOVE VENT WAS OPENED FOR COOKING, PLEASE CLOSE IT.
MAKE SURE THAT REFRIGERATOR & FREEZER DOORS ARE CLOSED & SEALED PROPERLY.
CLEANING THE DINING AREA:
PLEASE WIPE DOWN TABLES & CHAIRS AND PUSH ALL CHAIRS BACK IN PLACE.
IF YOU HAVE RECONFIGURED THE PLACEMENT OF TABLES & CHAIRS, PLEASE RETURN THEM TO THEIR ORIGINAL SET-UP.
PLEASE “SPOT” SWEEP &“SWIFFER” MOP THE KITCHEN AND DINING HALL FLOORS, IF YOUR EVENT IS THE REASON FOR ANY NEW MESS.
CHILDREN AND LOUNGE AREAS ARE A PART OF THE PARISH HALL. PLEASE PUT TOYS AWAY, EMPTY THE DIAPER TRASH INTO THE LARGER TRASH. PLEASE STRAIGHTEN THE LOUNGE SO THAT IT IS PRESENTABLE. YOU MAY BE THE LAST PERSON IN THE LOUNGE BEFORE WE SHOW THE HALL TO ANOTHER PARTY.
